Retail Wonderland – List of Best Shopping Centers in Krakow

Looking for best shopping centers in Kraków? Let me say something you already know – Krakow is a city that enchants many tourists, or rather, let’s be honest, mainly the ladies 🙂 While many visitors appreciate Krakow as the capital of Polish culture, absorbing knowledge about the city’s history and the Polish state, they also indulge in walks around the charming and magical Krakow streets, alleys, and nooks.

And of course, they don’t refuse the opportunity to step into stores and make some 'tiny’ purchases, or buy souvenirs from their stay in our beautiful city. The choices are truly superb. Here’s a list of Krakow’s shops, galleries, and shopping centers:

Cloth Hall / Sukiennice – Market Square

Cloth Hall Shopping Area

This is the oldest shopping house in Krakow. Of course, it doesn’t look like it did in the 13th century and the products it offers are different, but you can still mainly buy gifts and souvenirs related to Krakow and Polish folklore there. You’ll find handcrafted items, jewelry, embroidery, sculptures, and traditional Krakow costumes.

Market Stands in Old Town

If you need more interesting things from our city, you can buy them directly on Main Square. There, you’ll find small stands selling Wawel Dragons (in every shape), wooden Krakow beads, diplomas for listening to the Krakow Bugle Call, prints, watercolors showcasing our city’s landmarks, postcards, and a myriad of knick-knacks that are especially popular among young tourists.
